Dr. Selina Aleem received her Doctor of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College in 2008.  After graduation she moved to the Dallas/DFW metroplex area to start practicing. Dr. Selina was inspired to become a chiropractor as her past experience as a young adult. She was first introduced to chiropractic when she got into a car accident and had torn many ligaments in her back and thought she would never be able to live a normal life. She was introduced to a chiropractor who helped her regain her mobility and strength to get back to competing in gymnastics.  From this life-changing experience, she wanted to help people achieve their health naturally in the most optimal way. The most gratifying feeling for Dr. Selina is when she treats patients and can witness them achieve their health goals.  She takes time to listen to each patient’s needs and understands what is going on to resolve the root cause of their problem.  When a patient walks into the office suffering from an injury, they trust in her that she will take care of them and bring them out of discomfort. When she can do that for her patients, this gives her a sense of gratification and accomplishment.  

Dr. Selina is particularly interested in sports related injuries, chiropractic care during pregnancy, and treating pediatric patients. In conjunction to adjustments, she offers many different modalities such as cupping therapy, scraping, kinesiology taping, Myofascial release, and performs corrective exercises and stretches to her patients to reach their optimal wellness.
